Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information TodaySeries (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our website and related services. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication credentials, and any profile details you choose to add (such as a display name or avatar).
- Content you provide. Files, documents, prompts, and other materials you upload or generate while using the service.
- Payment information. When you purchase a subscription or product, billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we retain limited records such as customer and subscription identifiers and order status.
- Usage and device data. Pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and interaction events, collected via cookies and analytics tools where you have consented.
2. Cookies and Consent
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site (for example, to keep you signed in). With your consent, we also use cookies and similar technologies for advertising and analytics. When you first visit, a consent banner lets you Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. Until you grant consent, advertising and analytics tags are not loaded and tracking is disabled by default.
3. Google AdSense
We display advertising through Google AdSense. When you have consented, Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized advertising. Ads are not shown to subscribers with an active ad-free plan. You can learn more and manage ad personalization at Google’s Advertising policies.
4. Meta Pixel and Conversions API
With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to understand how visitors use our site. The Pixel runs in your browser only after you grant consent. The Conversions API sends a limited set of events from our servers; where an event includes your email, it is hashed (SHA-256) before transmission so Meta receives only a pseudonymous identifier. Browser and server events share an event ID so they can be de-duplicated. Meta may use this data in accordance with Meta’s Data Policy.
5. Email (Mailgun)
We send transactional emails (such as receipts, account, and security notifications) through Mailgun. To deliver these messages, your email address and message content are processed by Mailgun on our behalf.
6. Payments (Stripe)
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment and subscription status but do not receive or store your full card details.
7. Authentication and Hosting (Supabase)
We use Supabase to provide authentication and to store your account data and content. Supabase processes your email, credentials, and stored content to operate the service.
8. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the service.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send transactional and service-related communications.
- With consent, to measure and improve advertising and to analyze usage.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
9. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers described above (Google, Meta, Mailgun, Stripe, Supabase), each acting as a processor or independent controller for its stated purpose, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
10. Data Retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for the period required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
11. Your Rights (GDPR and CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; we do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
12. Withdrawing Consent
You can withdraw consent for advertising and analytics cookies at any time. Clear the site’s cookies and local storage (which removes your stored consent choice) and the consent banner will reappear, letting you choose again; choosing Decline prevents advertising and analytics tags from loading. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
13. Data Deletion Requests
To request access to or deletion of your personal information, or to exercise any other right, email us at privacy@todayseries.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
14. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
15. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
